Eliminate Forced and Compulsory Labor: We uphold the prohibition of forced and compulsory labor in all its forms. Our workforce is employed voluntarily, with all employees having the freedom to leave their employment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Abolish Child Labor: We strictly prohibit child labor within our operations and supply chains. We adhere to all relevant laws and regulations concerning the minimum age for employment and ensure that our practices contribute to the well-being and education of children.
Ensure Fair and Safe Working Conditions: We are committed to providing fair and safe working conditions. This includes ensuring that all employees receive fair wages, have safe and healthy working environments, and are treated with dignity and respect.
